Find your key, activate Aurora Pro, or get billing help without exposing payment details inside the app.

Find your license key

Your license key is included in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email after checkout. Search your inbox for Lemon Squeezy, Aurora, or the email address you used to buy Pro. Use that same purchase email when activating Aurora.

Activate Aurora Pro

Open Aurora, go to Settings > License, then enter your purchase email and the full Lemon Squeezy license key. Aurora verifies the key with Aurora's licensing service and unlocks Pro when the email and key match.

Switching Macs

Aurora Pro can be active on up to 2 Macs per license. When moving to a new Mac, install Aurora, open Settings > License, and activate with the same purchase email and license key.

If the 2-Mac limit is reached

If activation says the license is already used on 2 Macs, contact support from the purchase email. Include the license key and say which Mac you are replacing, or ask about a custom license if you need more than 2 Macs.

Billing and cancellation

Billing changes, cancellation, payment receipts, tax invoices, and subscription management are handled through the Lemon Squeezy links in your receipt email. If you cannot find the right link, contact support from your purchase email.

Contact support

Email support@auroranotch.com from the purchase email whenever possible. That makes it much easier to find the Lemon Squeezy order and Aurora license record.

Same email

Use the purchase email from checkout when activating Aurora Pro.

Full key

Paste the complete Lemon Squeezy license key into Settings > License.

2 Macs

Aurora Pro can be active on up to 2 Macs per license.
