Do I need an account to buy Aurora?
No. Checkout takes an email address for your receipt and license key. That's it — there's no Aurora account or password to remember.
Who handles payment?
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record. They handle the card, calculate and remit VAT/sales tax for your country, and send the receipt. Aurora never sees your card number.
Can I cancel Aurora Pro Monthly?
Yes. Aurora Pro Monthly can be cancelled anytime through Lemon Squeezy billing management. If you cancel, your Pro access stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
Can I cancel from the Aurora website?
You can open billing management from Aurora's license page after signing in with the purchase email. Billing and cancellation are handled securely by Lemon Squeezy.
Can I update my payment details?
Yes. Monthly subscribers can update payment details through Lemon Squeezy billing management.
What happens after I cancel?
Future renewals stop. Aurora Pro remains active until the end of the current paid period. After that, the monthly license expires unless the subscription is resumed or replaced with a Lifetime license.
Does Aurora see my card details?
No. Lemon Squeezy handles checkout, billing, taxes, receipts, and payment details. Aurora only verifies the resulting license.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. If a technical issue prevents you from using Aurora, contact support within 14 days of purchase. See the refund policy for details.
Can I switch from Aurora Pro Monthly to Aurora Pro Lifetime?
Yes. Email support@auroranotch.com from the address on your Aurora Pro Monthly license — we'll credit what you've already paid in the current billing period toward Aurora Pro Lifetime.
How does activation work?
Activate Aurora with your purchase email and license key. Activating a paid license replaces the 72-hour trial immediately and unlocks Pro features. A Pro license can be used on up to 2 Macs per license. Need more than 2 Macs? Email support for a custom license.
Do taxes or VAT apply?
Taxes may apply at checkout depending on your location. VAT is calculated automatically where required by Lemon Squeezy, which handles tax collection and compliance at checkout as merchant of record.
I lost my license key.
Your license key is in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email. If you cannot find it, visit License help and contact support from the purchase email.
