Paid purchases have a 14-day refund window. Email support from the purchase address and include your receipt.

Do I need an account to buy Aurora?
No. Checkout takes an email address for your receipt and license key. That's it — there's no Aurora account or password to remember.
Who handles payment?
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record. They handle the card, calculate and remit VAT/sales tax for your country, and send the receipt. Aurora never sees your card number.
Can I cancel a monthly subscription?
Anytime, from the Lemon Squeezy link in your receipt email. If you cannot find it, use the Billing page to contact support. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — 14 days, no questions asked. See the refund policy for details.
Can I switch from Monthly to Lifetime?
Yes. Email support@auroranotch.com from the address on your monthly license — we'll credit what you've already paid in the current billing period toward the lifetime total.
How does activation work?
Activate Aurora with your purchase email and license key. Activating a paid license replaces the 72-hour trial immediately and unlocks Pro features. A Pro license can be used on up to 2 Macs per license. Need more than 2 Macs? Email support for a custom license.
Do taxes or VAT apply?
Taxes may apply at checkout depending on your location. VAT is calculated automatically where required by Lemon Squeezy, which handles tax collection and compliance at checkout as merchant of record.
I lost my license key.
Your license key is in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email. If you cannot find it, visit License help and contact support from the purchase email.
